A welcome note from Our Founder

Welcome to Natural Wellbeing Solutions! My name is Michelle. I am the Director and Clinical Nutritionist.


Since 2012, I have been dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health and vitality through a holistic approach. Our clinic is a place where traditional wisdom meets modern science, offering a personalised path to wellness in a warm and supportive environment.


My journey in health and wellness has been diverse and fulfilling.  I've travelled across Australia delivering seminars on health, wellness, and weight loss. I've connected with people from all walks of life to share practical strategies for improving their well-being. 


As a regular columnist for publications like the Queensland Times and News Corp Australia, I've enjoyed educating and inspiring others through engaging and accessible content on health and wellness.


At Natural Wellbeing Solutions, my focus is on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of health issues using a combination of evidence-based diagnostics and personalised care. Through tools such as genetic testing, food sensitivity screening, and microbiome and hormonal assessments, I develop targeted programs that support long-term health outcomes—rather than offering temporary symptom relief.


With a background in nutritional medicine and integrative health, I’ve developed a range of structured programs that combine whole-food nutritional strategies, lifestyle interventions, and clinically relevant therapies. These are designed to improve metabolic function, reduce inflammation, support hormonal balance, and optimise overall wellbeing.


My approach prioritises food quality and nutrient density, and integrates current thinking around sustainable health practices. This includes promoting:

  • Regeneratively farmed, ethical protein sources
  • Seasonal, low-mileage produce
  • Practical steps to reduce food waste and dietary toxins
     

Incorporating a planetary health  lens, I advocate for choices that reduce food waste, honour our natural systems, and reconnect us to where our food comes from. This approach supports not just your personal wellbeing—but also the health of our communities and ecosystems.


Consultations are available in person, via mobile services, or online. My goal is to make high-quality, personalised health care accessible and impactful—empowering individuals and communities to make informed, sustainable decisions about their health and wellbeing.
